Established over 50 years ago, Boningale Nurseries has established itself as one of the leading hardy nursery stock suppliers to the British landscaping industry. Based in Shropshire, the nursery grows a huge variety of plant material, on its 40-acre container site and supplies a wide range of commercial and domestic clients
Having never used a Customer Relationship Management system, Boningale Nurseries looked to leading Sage Business Partner CPiO for advice. Ian Wright, Sales Manager at Boningale Nurseries explains, “We had been using a manual customer database for some time. Ian continues, “CPiO took the time to understand our business processes and fully appreciate our requirements of a CRM system. We opted for Sage CRM which CPiO could provide with full Sage 50 integration”
Having discussed the business requirements, CPiO felt Sage CRM was best placed for Boningale Nurseries. Craig Buck, CRM and BI Consultant at CPiO explains, “Sage CRM has a very user friendly web based interface which is simple to manipulate, configure and implement. We could also easily integrate to Sage Line 50 with an existing integration piece to deliver Boningale with real time data views. This was a very important requirement that Sage CRM could fulfil. Overall Sage CRM was the best fit for the business.”
Ian concludes, “I am confident that in Sage CRM CPiO has provided a CRM solution that will truly add value at Boningale and equip the staff with the tools required to operate efficiently.”
