ebalta - Sage 200 Automating business processess from start to finish Manufacturing

  • Throughout the business many different departments were using manual, stand alone systems. ebalta was looking for software that would allow it to manage all the different areas of its business under one system. Managing Director, Darrell Cross explains, “A system that would enable us to execute business processes from start to end; automatically generating invoices, packaging notes, dispatch notes, everything, was a huge step forward for us.”
What We Did
Upon a recommendation, ebalta contacted Sage business partner, CPiO and following a thorough consultation, ebalta opted for a Sage 200 solution. In order to double sales, ebalta has introduced new products to its portfolio and Sage 200 has given the company the ability to track and trace the profit of each order for such products by customer and product. Darrell Cross believes this has helped him to make better management decisions. “We can see when we’re achieving monthly margins and targets and take corrective actions very early if we’re losing money on product sales.” The customer relationship management options in Sage 200 also help ebalta to manage its customer services role more effectively.
Results
As ebalta seeks to grow its business; developing new products and customer relationships, Darrell Cross says, ”It’s reassuring that our Sage software is designed to grow with us and accommodate our future growth needs.”
