A West Midlands-based business solutions provider has been appointed by a growing parcel carrier business to deliver its software support.
XDP Express, the largest privately owned parcel carrier in the UK, has selected leading Sage reseller CPiO Limited to support its Sage 200 solution.
As existing Sage 200 users, the company recently decided to consider its options with regard to its Sage support partner. XDP Express decided to move from its existing partner to CPiO after CPiO’s experienced team members demonstrated a sound knowledge of the Sage 200 software during the initial business meeting.
Chris Bailey, IT Manager at XDP Express says, “CPiO genuinely impressed my colleagues and I with the presentation of the company. From the outset the quality of support offered has been exceptional and I very much look forward to working with CPiO in the long-term.”
The parcel carrier company is using Sage 200 to manage its accounts and invoicing processes. The software presents the business with a concentric view of financial and commercial information and enables reports to be created to meet the businesses precise requirements.
Chris adds, “We specialise in large freight parcels and our client base is growing by an average of 10% each year. Sage 200’s wide ranging functionality ensures every department works at maximum efficiency to deliver the highest possible level of customer service. And with the ability to add modules and users as and when we need to, I am confident that it is the best ERP solution for our expanding business.”
Lorraine Parkes, CPiO Account Manager, says, “Sage 200 is a flexible, integrated solution ideal for any growing business. It brings together financial management, customer relationship management and business intelligence software all in one solution, enabling businesses to share data easily and tailor the software to their needs.”
