It is with warm wishes that we announce the retirement of one of our longest serving employees, Rowena Corbett. With nearly 20 years of service as a Support Consultant at the Waterdale Group, Rowena has been an invaluable asset to the company and we have all benefited from her commitment to the role.
Coming from an Operations and IT management background, Rowena joined the Waterdale group in 1997. She has been involved in numerous projects over the years specialising in Finance, Distribution and Payroll and Analyst Financials. She has guided many of our long standing customers through their implementations and upgrades, providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile for the business and our clients.
‘Having known Rowena for all of her 20 years at CPiO, I can honestly say it has been a great reassurance to us as a user to know that when we call with a problem and Rowena answers, we know immediately that our issue will be resolved. She has been a true asset to the support team and CPiO, and will be sorely missed. We wish her well’ (Andrew Potts, Stanford Marsh)
‘All of us that came into contact with Rowena will certainly miss the caring and personal touch that was given to any of our support issues. Never just a fix, always a fix and then an assurance that we had fully understood’ (Ambic Equipment)
Rowena now plans to travel around Sri Lanka and pursue other hobbies, such as photography. We wish Rowena a very long and happy retirement and thank her for all of her efforts over the last 20 years.
