It was during 2010 that Stephen Clough, Finance Director from RegaLead, initially met with Beckie Barlow, Account Manager from CPiO, to discuss Intellisell, the e-commerce system from CPiO that integrates into Sage Line 500. Since then, Stephen has kept in regular contact with Beckie and on occasion visited CPiO at its headquarters in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham to meet the team. More recently the management team at RegaLead began to review its Sage support contract and contacted Beckie to discuss its requirements in more detail.
Beckie arranged for Darren Baker Joint MD of RegaLead and Gary Bywater, Systems Manager to visit one of CPiO’s longstanding customers’, Scolmore International, where they acknowledged that there was common ground between the two organisations and their requirements. Furthermore, Gary was impressed by the level of interaction between the General Manager at Scolmore and the CPiO Account Manager. Once they had seen the products and solutions and the way they had been developed at Scolmore, Darren soon realised that this was the level of service and expertise they had been seeking from their Sage Business Partner. RegaLead are confident in their decision to move to CPiO, and following a recent planning meeting, Gary explained to Beckie, ‘We all left feeling quite upbeat about how CPiO will be able to help us move to where we want to be. The meeting was the most positive and helpful I’ve attended.’ CPiO is now working together with RegaLead to review procedures, iron out software issues and create accurate reporting. Intellisell e-commerce remains at the forefront of the RegaLead team’s minds and is a potential project for the future.
