Midland Tool and Design, a precision engineering company based in the West Midlands, has selected CPiO as its support partner for Sage 200.
Having purchased Sage 200 from another Sage reseller, Midland Tool and Design received a poor level of product training and consequently, struggled to grasp how the system worked. Darren Booton, Managing Director at Midland Tool and Design explains, “The level of uncertainty around
Sage 200 transpired in employees’ accountancy practices. The company had no confidence in the figures that Sage 200 was generating and therefore we didn’t see a return on our investment.” “Since working with CPiO the team has gained a much better understanding of the Sage 200 system and faith has been restored in what is now seen as a highly flexible suite of software”.
Moving on from Sage Line 50 to Sage 200 was the most logical option for us. As a company we were already familiar with Sage and CPiO’s ability to work with our bespoke database provider gave us the assurance we needed. We had found the right partner to make the change with.
