Hellyar Plastics, a UK-based thermoplastics distributor, has purchased Sage 1000 a business management solution, from ERP specialist CPiO.
The solution and support from CPiO will increase company efficiency by integrating all business processes, providing support for Hellyar Plastics’ ongoing expansion. Operating for over 50 years, Hellyar Plastics is the UK’s leading independent compounder and distributor of thermoplastics.
The company, based in Whitstable, has operations throughout the UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe. Hellyar Plastics required a more supportive and integrated ERP system to aid business processes, as the company’s current systems no longer met the requirements of the organisation. Mark Taylor, IT Manager at Hellyar Plastics explains, “Our current systems are very disjointed.
We realised that we were wasting time operating within several disparate programmes and that it was becoming too complicated to maintain our data.
