Conscious of Sage Line 100 becoming unsupported, Mereway Group was prompted to look for a new finance solution.

“We supply high-quality furniture through an extensive network of independent retail outlets. To maintain our reputation for unrivalled customer service we knew we could not put ourselves in a vulnerable position in terms of working with outdated financial software.” Kevin Galer, Account Manager at Mereway Group.

Loyal to Sage for a number of years, the company made the decision to move forward with a new Sage solution. During the process of selecting a business partner, Mereway shortlisted 2 companies; one of which being CPiO. “We were impressed with what CPiO could offer from the outset. Their level of communication and efficiency in dealing with any questions or queries we had was extremely professional.”

“Aside from our concerns around Sage Line 100 end of life, we also required improved reporting throughout the business and a system that could offer detailed information much more quickly than Line 100 was capable of. Sage 200 met these requirements – and more.”

Mereway Group has purchased the Sage 200 Financial and Commercial suite. Initially, Mereway will utilise the financial modules which will be linked with its current manufacturing system.

Kevin concludes, “CPiO’s knowledge of Sage 200 and their friendly yet professional approach is a breath of fresh air. I have 100% confidence in CPiO and look forward to learning more about the Sage 200 solution with their help.”
