Mereway Group, a leading manufacturer of high quality kitchens and bathroom furniture and accessories sings the praises of Midlands-based Sage Business Partner CPiO for a smooth transition to Sage 200.
Following the upgrade of its Sage Line 100 to Sage 200, Kevin Galer, Financial Accountant at Mereway felt compelled to write to CPiO, Customer Services Director, Leyla Blakeman to express his gratitude. Kevin’s instincts on signing the agreement six months previously were confirmed as he explains, ‘CPiO’s knowledge of Sage 200 and their friendly, yet professional approach was a breath of fresh air. CPiO’s, Sage 200 Consultant, held our hands and guided us successfully to the stage where we are up and running without having lost a day. We’re delighted with the complete process up to and including go-live.’ Having been involved in previous Sage implementations, Kevin approached the project aware of potential pitfalls. However, CPiO guided Mereway throughout the process. Kevin continues, ‘CPiO’s consultant here on site took the time to listen to our needs, and genuinely understood our financial reporting requirements explaining everything clearly, but most importantly in a language that us mere mortals can understand.’ Mereway purchased the Sage 200 Financial and Commercial suite, and with CPiO’s help has recently explored Sage CRM, an integrated module within the suite. A potential project for the future, CRM will support the company’s drive to generate more leads by managing marketing campaigns and pipelining sales.
The transition to Sage ERP 1000 v4 has been very smooth, with very little or no disruption to the users.
