The fourth annual Good Growth for Cities Index has been published with most Midlands cities performing well.
Produced by PwC and think-tank Demos, the fourth annual Good Growth for Cities index has been published. The index measures the performance of 39 UK cities against 10 categories defined by the public and business as key to economic success and personal and family wellbeing.
Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent and Milton Keynes & Aylesbury were the cities included in the index, with five out of six around or above the UK average and all cities in the Midlands performing well on health, transport and environment.
