Having purchased Sage 200 from another Sage reseller, Midland Tool and Design received a poor level of product training and consequently, struggled to grasp how the system worked.

Darren Booton, Managing Director at Midland Tool and Design explains, "The level of uncertainty around Sage 200 transpired in employees’ accountancy practices. The company had no confidence in the figures that Sage 200 was generating and therefore we didn’t see a return on our investment."
