As long standing users of Sage Line 100, PermaRock recognised the need to update its software and was keen to adopt new features available in modern software packages.
As part of the review process PermaRock consulted its existing suppliers to assess suitable alternatives.
It was during this evaluation that PermaRock met CPiO, a leading Sage Business Partner, who suggested Sage 200 as a natural upgrade path for Sage Line 100 users.
Kieran Loftus, Service Operations Manager at PermaRock acknowledged the benefits of Sage 200, “Having met with the CPiO sales consultant, we could see that Sage 200 was a good fit for our business. It has the level of functionality we were looking for”.
CPiO performed a demonstration of Sage 200 Commercials and Bill of Materials (BOM), to the PermaRock team who all acknowledged it was the right solution for the business.
CPiO fought off strong competition from other Sage Business Partners and other software solution providers who were invited to tender for the implementation and support contract. Kieran concludes, “Our decision was based primarily on the confidence we gained with CPiO during the tender process. Now we’re looking forward to getting started on the project and building on our relationship with CPiO for the long term.”
