Sage 200 Support and Training

CPiO is widely recognised for delivering excellent customer service and support for Sage 200 software. Our support and application consultants are fully accredited in Sage 200 and have broad experience in general industry and in the solution itself. The recent launch of Sage 200 2016 has been embraced across the team and we are now all fully-versed to give you the very latest advice on this new Sage 200 solution.

CPiO support consultants are office based and available between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. CPiO does not employ call loggers so you can be assured of getting through to a trained support consultant when you call. All tickets raised by our customers are tracked and monitored with a strict escalation policy to ensure that business-critical calls are dealt with as quickly as possible. As a CPiO customer you’ll be able to see all enquiries raised and can print additional information for your records. You can also go online and log your support call via our secure customer portal. If you require further assistance, CPiO will send an Application Consultant out to investigate in a little more detail.

We aim to continuously improve our customer service and collate customer feedback via online surveys and our annual customer satisfaction study. Our customers rate their satisfaction at 97-98% percent which highlighting our strength and pedigree in delivering excellent customer service.

Sage 200 Training

CPiO offers comprehensive Sage 200 training which allows Sage software users to develop skills required to operate the Sage system successfully. By investing in training, you are helping your employees develop their skills and make the most of the software you have invested in.

All CPiO customers are trained by Sage Application Consultants on site. But we also offer regular webinars and training sessions to give you even more support around Sage 200.
