CPiO is available to ensure that the client’s business objectives are achieved, implemented features and functions are understood, and users are properly trained. Our first line of support is our experienced telephone support group.
Office based and available between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, CPiO’s support consultants have broad experience and endeavour to resolve any problems encountered with your Sage ERP 1000 system. All tickets raised are tracked and monitored and users are able to see all enquiries raised and can print additional information for their records. If enquiries require further assistance, CPiO sends its Sage ERP 1000 consultants to site to extend the support.
We aim to continuously improve our customer service and collate customer feedback via online surveys. Our customers rate their satisfaction at 97-98% percent which highlights that we strive for excellent customer service and aim to keep our customers happy.
