Sage X3 Support and Training

CPiO is continuously recognised for delivering excellent customer service and support. Our support consultants have broad experience and endeavour to resolve any problems encountered with your Sage X3.

Our Sage X3 support consultants shadow our application consultants during the implementation to ensure that they understand the nuances of your site and the needs of your users, giving you an outstanding continuity of service during go live and beyond.

CPiO support consultants are office based and available between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. All tickets raised by our customers are tracked and monitored. Users are able to see all enquiries raised and can print additional information for their records via our secure, dedicated support website.

We aim to continuously improve our customer service and collate customer feedback via online surveys; our customers currently rate their satisfaction at 97-98% percent.
