Sage is currently undergoing vigorous testing of its Sage 50 payroll against its Sage Line 500/Sage ERP 1000 software. A beta version has been released to CPiO in the last few days that will now undergo testing by our payroll consultants throughout September. Following this testing Sage will be able to provide us with a date for a full release.
Whilst we are aware of our client’s eagerness to make a decision around their payroll, CPiO has to ensure that the solution is entirely stable and that we understand all of the options available. The business is requesting that customers kindly bear with us during this period whilst our own testing and investigations are completed.
In anticipation of a full and final release CPiO will be holding a Payroll event for customers on Thursday 21st November 2013 at Fort Dunlop, Birmingham where the options available can be explained in greater detail and migration programmes for individual businesses can be discussed.
CPiO has created a short FAQ document around the functionality in Sage 50 payroll in comparison to the current payroll solutions that we hope will be useful.
