Wolverhampton-based ATEC Security, has been using Sage CRM software for the past six years but recently decided it was time to switch supplier.
ATEC Security offers tailor-made security solutions and delivers support packages that match individual needs. It recently moved to Birmingham-based leading Sage business partner CPiO for Sage CRM support because of its understanding of ATEC’s requirements and its overall professionalism and knowledge of Sage CRM.
Paul Welbourn, Southern Service and Support Coordinator at ATEC Security, said: “The Sales Team currently use Sage CRM to track sales opportunities. The Help Desk use it as a full case management solution to measure our progress against target response and fix times, which have been agreed in advance.
