The Help Desk use it as a full case management solution to measure our progress against target response and fix times, which have been agreed in advance. Because the system tracks what we do in real-time, we are able to share an accurate view of our performance with customers and they really value this openness.”

This means that our customer service levels remain high and enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. CRM can also record response and fixed times for jobs as they are logged and carried out, which helps employees meet their KPI targets.
