Sage 200: Provisioning Portal Extended Maintenance Window

On Sunday 18 May 2025, Sage will be performing essential maintenance on the Sage Provisioning Portal between 16:00 and 18:00.

During the deployment period, access to and use of the Sage Provisioning Portal, Sage 200 Standard and Sage 200 Professional via Sage Partner Cloud will not be possible.

How Sage is supporting customers:

Through communicating the Sage Provisioning Portal maintenance in the following ways:

  • Updating status.sage.com.
  • Adding an in-product Launchpad message (Standard and Professional via Sage Partner Cloud variants only).
