Sage 200 2025 R1 is here, with new features and enhancements driven by customer ideas. Sage 200 2025 R1 brings greater flexibility and drives efficiencies with new, streamlined additions to help save you time and improve your journey to modernisation.

Stay Informed with Stock Item Alerts

• Extending Sage alerts capability to cover stock. Supporting the needs of many customers who require important notifications related to stock items. Providing alerts to help drive your operations and performance. You can locate this update within the Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoicing modules. 

Streamlined Customer & Supplier Communications

• Simple to track interactions with customers and suppliers, which is ideal for credit control. It also provides extended visibility into past engagements and to support and improve relationships. 

Country of Origin in Stock List 

• You can clearly see straight away where stock comes from. A new feature created as a result of customer feedback via the Sage portal. 

Continuing our journey of modernisation 

• Provides a modern and intuitive interface with new forms for SOP Returns (Enter, Amend & View), SOP Amend Order Status and Amend Return Status, which is part of Sage's next phase of Sage 200 commercials web screens. Further to this you can also see the addition of multiple new API endpoints, as well as enhancements to existing ones.

Compliance charges for Single European Payments Area (SEPA) - eBanking 

• Two new eBanking plugins, with core changes to Sage 200 software. Choose which you prefer, depending on the bank.
