We recently held a user group session with our Sage 200 customers at Resorts World, Birmingham. The event provided the opportunity for our customers and the CPiO expert team, to meet and network face-to-face. Which, as you can imagine with the global pandemic, was well overdue!
To bring lots of energy and enthusiasm we set an informal (no PowerPoint slide overload) ‘loose’ agenda with thought-provoking topics. This enabled plenty of break-out conversations to happen naturally.
What did the day involve?
Dave Lee, Sage 200 Product Manager began the introductions and a round-the-table welcome, so everyone could get to know each other straight away. He then went on to open up discussions on:
the new functionality in Sage 200 and enhancements to look out for very soon,
best practice and housekeeping tips on how customers could get the most from their software,
TLS update: how this impacts customers but also the steps that CPiO have already taken to support Sage 200 users,
This was followed by an interactive CPiO Cloud discussion from Lorraine Parkes, Account Manager and including a customer spotlight from Power Torque Engineering Limited.
Introducing Intellisell, the Sage eCommerce integration. Dave Lee talked about how many of our current Sage 200 customers have now integrated with this platform. A customer from The Hire Supply Company said that he experience of Intellisell was seamless, saving his team lots of time, with automated processes.
To end the afternoon, Siobhan Finegan, CPiO’s Support Services Manager showcased some top tips on how to get hold of the support team and log any issues online. As well as CPiO’s support plus package, the customer portal and taking advantage of Sage city, the online community hub.
