We’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievement of our team members Jude Church and Aaron Brown, who have successfully completed their Level 3 ICT Support Technician Apprenticeship – and not just completed it, but passed with Distinction!
Since starting in January 2024, they’ve shown outstanding dedication to growing their technical skills and building a strong foundation for a career in IT.
Reflecting on his experience, Aaron shared:
“I really enjoyed the experience – it’s given me a deeper understanding of the systems we use every day and helped me get to grips with the technical language behind them. I’ve also met some amazing people and learnt so much from them!”
This achievement marks an exciting step forward both professionally and personally. As they put it:
“This means a lot to me in kickstarting my career in IT. I want to keep progressing and aim for even higher qualifications. It’s given me the drive to keep learning and exploring the tech I’m so passionate about.”
Their success has also been recognised by those who supported them throughout the journey.
Siobhan Finegan, CPiO’s Support Manager, shared: “It’s been a privilege to co-mentor Aaron and Jude, with Joel, through their Level 3 ITC qualifications and see them both achieve Distinction. Watching their skills and confidence grow over the course of the programme was incredibly rewarding. Their success highlights not only their dedication but also the real value of apprenticeships in developing capable, confident professionals — and the impact mentoring can have in that journey.”
This is a fantastic example of how apprenticeships can open doors, build confidence, and develop the next generation of IT professionals.
A huge well done to Jude and Aaron – your passion, curiosity and determination are inspiring. And thank you to everyone across CPiO who supported them on their journey
At CPiO, we’re passionate about supporting early careers through real-world experience and meaningful mentorship.
