AI- Powered Automation
Streamlined AP Automation with Purchasing - Early Adopter
Boost efficiency by combining AI-powered transactions with the flexibility of the Purchasing application. You can now automate transactions that do not have a source match defined, for example, PO purchase invoices that do not start with purchase requisitions or orders.
Accounts Receivable
Customer Refund Improvements (Coming Soon) – Early Adopter
Prepare for a smoother refund management process, as Sage Intacct announces the ability to record customer refunds, coming soon to Accounts Receivables.
This will allow you to streamline your refund management process, ensuring that the refunds that you initiate outside of Sage Intacct are accurately documented and the refunded credits are cleared. Eliminating the tedious step of creating balancing adjustments for refunded credits. Instead, record the amount refunded and pay available credits by simply selecting them.
The impact for clients is highly beneficial, as it allows increased reporting accuracy, tidier books by closing out credits easily and effectively, easily resolve account inactivity and a full refund audit trail.
AR statements improvements
Gain better alignment with your financial records. External credits applied from other entities will now appear in entity-level AR statements. This ensures that your AR statement balances accurately reflecting your AR Ledger and AR Aging reports.
Support for HSBC SEPA bank files
Save time and pay suppliers and employees electronically in Sage Intacct with a new bank file format. Sage Intacct now supports a SEPA bank payment file for use with HSBC bank accounts. If you transact in EUR, you can now generate and send bank file payments in this format, saving you time when paying suppliers and employees.
Improved Credit Card Bank Transaction Import for Reconciliation
Use bank transaction assistant file import for an improved experience. Control who imports bank transactions with a new permission and view a list of all import activity for added insight. Multiple file formats are supported, giving you extra flexibility.
Action Required: Authenticate and Validate Your Custom Domain During May 2025
Starting May 2025, all customers who email documents out of Sage Intacct, must authenticate and validate their domain to avoid potential email delivery issues. As Sage transitions fully to using the enhanced email delivery service, all customers must authenticate and validate their domain.
Authenticating your domain helps ensure that your email communications are secure and reliable. By doing this, the chance of your emails to customers and vendors being marked as spam greatly decreases. In addition, your domain will be protected from phishing and other fraudulent attacks.
General availability Spanish and Canadian French language preferences
Sage has introduced two new languages, you can now set your preferred Company and User languages to Canadian French or Spanish. Setting the language preference at the Company level changes the language for all the users in your company. Setting the language preference at the User level changes the language just for that user.

If you were previously subscribed to the Time and Expenses application, you will now be subscribed to both.
Transfer assets between entities

These methods allow you to customise the depreciation rate applied to assets under a declining balance method, providing greater flexibility when managing your assets.
Hide price on purchasing documents
Control the visibility of pricing information. You can now hide the price column on Purchasing transactions when the price is not relevant to the document type, which is particularly useful when receiving high-value items and prefer that the item price is not visible.
