Health check

Part of the process, step 1 will be a mandatory Health Check*.

This is a pre-engagement assessment which involves the CPiO expert team reviewing your data and current position to assess whether the Self Start programme is suitable for your business. Following the assessment, the findings will be shared with you.

* Step 1: A mandatory Health Check.
This is a pre-engagement assessment which involves the CPiO expert team reviewing your data and current position to assess whether the Self Start programme is suitable for your business. Following the assessment, the findings will be shared with you. The Health Check is a mandatory pre-engagement assessment and is subject to a non-refundable fee of £495.

Step 2: 6-week onboarding package.
On completion of the health check, you will be set a date for the Self Start onboarding process, which 6 weeks of team calls. This is priced at £2995, for a single-company implementation. Additional consultancy services, extended onboarding, or more complex implementation requirements, including multi-company deployments or data migrations, may incur further charges. Any such additional costs will be discussed and agreed with the Client prior to the commencement of the additional work. Software subscription and licensing fees are not included within the implementation fee and will be charged separately.
