Earlier this month, it was announced that Sage X3 was named a leader and Gold Medallist in SoftwareReviews 2020 Enterprise Resource Planning Data Quadrant Awards.
The rankings for the 2020 SoftwareReviews ERP data quadrant are based on a score called the “Net Emotional Footprint.” This score, compiled and based on customer feedback regarding service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, strategy and innovation recognised Sage X3 as being the top product for Business Intelligence and Performance Management.
The SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant evaluates and ranks products based on feedback from IT and business professionals. The placement of a software in the Data Quadrant indicates its relative ranking as well as its categorisation. Sage X3 was given a ‘likeliness to recommend’ of 82% which topped many of the other competitor’s ERP solutions in the report.
