Welcoming Fresh Talent: Meet the Newest Apprentices at CPiO

CPiO is excited to introduce two talented individuals who have recently joined our team as Technical Support Apprentices, right in time for National Apprenticeship Week. As part of our commitment to nurturing young talent and welcoming fresh perspectives, we are excited to welcome Aaron Brown and Jude Church to the CPiO family.

Aaron Brown comes to CPiO with a passion for IT and is currently studying for his Level 3 IT qualification. Aaron’s enthusiasm for learning and dedication to mastering new skills makes him a valuable addition to our team. While at CPiO, Aaron hopes to become a competent Technical Support Consultant and wants to provide support to as many customers as possible.

Similarly, Jude Church joins us with a diverse skill set acquired through his previous educational studies in IT and Media, which have provided Jude with theoretical knowledge that he now hopes to turn into practical skills through hands on experiences. Jude is eager to complete his Level 3 IT qualification and already has plans to begin his Level 4, bringing a wealth of potential to CPiO.

Our commitment to Apprenticeships

At CPiO, we recognise the importance of nurturing young talent and providing them with a platform to grow. We have been supporting Apprenticeships for over 11 years. Our first apprentice was Joel Campbell, who is now CPiO Cloud’s System Manager.

Support Manager, Siobhan Finegan comments;“We see Apprenticeships as giving back to the community at CPiO. We ensure that our apprentices are trained to the industry standard, solve real support issues and learn complex systems and servers. All of our previous apprentices have been offered a full time role after completion.

Taking apprentices on also helps with future proofing and long-term succession planning at CPiO, by ensuring that our new talent are trained by established and experienced members of the team, we ensure that our processes, knowledge and skills are passed onto the next generation of Support Consultants.”

Mentoring and support

Both Aaron and Jude are learning the ropes from our experienced support team who will guide them through their Apprenticeship, offering insights, support, and encouragement. They will be completing an internal learning and development plan to ensure that they gain knowledge, skills and training regarding specific support tasks.

At CPiO, we believe in providing a helpful environment for learning and growth while offering hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to various aspects of our support department.

As we welcome Aaron and Jude to CPiO, we are excited about the fresh ideas and perspectives that they bring. We look forward to seeing their professional and personal growth, and development as they contribute to the continued success of CPiO.
