What is Sicon Manufacturing?

Sicon Manufacturing for Sage 200 is a collection of additional Sage 200 modules, integrated with Bill of Materials, Stock, Sales Order Processing and Purchase Order Processing. Its modular nature allows businesses to select the modules to fit their specific requirements.

Providing Works Order Processing, Projects and Estimating modules, the package is configurable for one-off project costed manufacture or high volume, repeat production manufacture. The Material and Resource Planning module provides suggested works orders and purchase orders as well as a rough cut capacity plan at labour and machine levels.

Presents options for works order component amendments and labour bookings

Use in conjunction with Sicon Projects or Sage Project Accounting to automatically post labour costs to a Project and/or specific set of users when approved

Book time directly to projects or works orders via the Sicon WAP Timesheets module to give additional workflow and authorisation

Multiple options and methods of routing timesheets for approval, the most straight-forward being routing approval by requesting user to one or a number of approvers

Sophisticated WAP terminals with robust 15 inch iiyama touch screens and HP windows embedded thin client terminals provide a generic user interface
